How do I sign up for my first class?

Just show up!  Come at least 10 minutes early so you can fill out our client Waiver (or print it and bring it with you) and get accustomed to the space.  We have yoga mats and towels you can use, and we have water to fill your bottle as well, so even if you are just starting out we can provide you with everything you need to have an enjoyable experience.

What class should I take first?

If you are new to yoga, then you may want to begin by taking at least one Basic/Beginners class during your first free week, and then decide on your progression from there.  Please see the Class Descriptions page for more help on this topic.

New to Yoga? Listen to your body!!!What should I bring to class?

We encourage you to bring water with you to keep yourself hydrated, a towel to keep dry from sweat and prevent slipping, and a yoga mat if you have one of your own.  We can provide all of these things if you do not have them or forgot them.  We also have very nice cubbies for personal belongings in our lobby.  We also recommend you bring an open heart and open mind!
